Heald Shaft Reversing Motion (Negative Tappet Shedding)

 Heald Reversing Motion (Top Reversing)
The heald reversing motion is necessary in the case of negative shedding because only one movement is control or carried by the cam so the second movement of the heald shaft is carry out by revering arrangement.
The reversing is carried out by top roller or by simple spring or a special mechanism. the simple top roller system for plain weave has carried out in under negative shedding.
The top roller arrangement for operating two, three , four and five heald shaft .
however, this mechanism is used for a weave where the same number of heald shaft are lifted on each pick.
In all these system the top most roller a rotates in fixed bearing and the oter rise and fall. in case of five roller. the to roller A & B rotate in fixed bearing and the roller C,D & E work in slot so the cam through down the heald shaft and top roller through up the heald shaft.

Two Heald Shaft
Three Heald Shaft
Four Heald Shaft
Five Heald Shaft
